Promotional album covers - D

Here is the promotional single cover that we made. It roughly follows the conventions established by the album cover for James Blake's own Overgrown cover, but also drawing inspiration from Nirvana's 'BLEACH' with the black borders, they give it . The font also fits in with the tone of the song itself. 

We used the photo edit tools when importing the photos to saturate the colours, increase the contrast and remove highlights which in brought out the features of the "artist" and overall

Aesthetically they all tend to share a colour palette of white, blue, and black. They don't feature the artist's face predominantly, instead focusing on art, and creating mystery towards the artist.
